Commercial Property Marketing Floor Plans

CADRE can provide floor plans for commercial real estate sales or leases. We can tailor plans to suit your marketing needs…everything from a basic plan of fixed walls and spaces to a more detailed drawing showing moveable partitions, utility locations, sprinkler locations, etc.   After measuring your listing, we will provide you with a customized floor plan, usually within 48 hours.  The resulting plan will be sent to you as a print-ready PDF file or as plots scaled to whatever size you need.  We will also provide you with accurate square footage calculations to free you from that tedious chore. At no extra charge, we can also modify the plans to meet MLS or other listing requirements and can also host your plans.

Rates can vary widely depending on the size of the building and the degree of detail needed,. Please call us for a quote. In many cases we can give you an estimate over the phone, although in some cases we will need to view the property,
