As-Built Plans/Remodeling
If you are planning any type of
remodel or addition, we can measure your house or structure to create architectural
plans of the current building. We are
not architects, but can discuss ideas and draft plans to illustrate the changes
that you would like to make at much less cost than an architectural firm would
charge for this preliminary work. We will then create plans that
can be taken to an architect to complete your design. In addition to the
printed plans, we can give your architect the Autocad files of the plans for
them to use to complete the design. For simple remodels, our plans
may be sufficient for your permit and construction needs.
We can also draw up
plans for sheds and outbuildings for use in obtaining building permits.
